NEWS 06.03.10 Thanks to the amazing party crews at Roskilde, Copenhagen, and Farum for some sweet parties the past couple of weeks! We are celebrating the 30th anniversary of the release of the legendary movie featuring Jake and Elwood on June 30th. And today we are starting this years celebration tour right here in fabolous Middelfart. With a remarkable view of an icy Little Strait we are going to rock the party for Pernod/Ricard. Cheers and halleluja! 26.04.09 The spring is once again heating up our black suits and we can't wait to get on the road and show, that the long Danish winter has defeated in quenching our thirst for the blues liquid. The band is constantly maturing, this winter we have been picking up inspiration in God's own country and in the great forests of South America. Also, our family has been expanded with new litte members, and we now have a genuine Swede in the band. Welcome to every last one of you and welcome to the Summer of 2009! years is now a reality. 14.09.07 We're back in business! Following a temporary shut-down of this site, we are now up-and-running again. We appologize toall of you that stopped by in vain. The shut-down was due to an incident where Elwood was caught in his attempt to steal thre packages of white toast bread from a construction crew in Køge. The police charged him, and to protect the evidence they decided shut down this web site. Elwood has now served his hours of community care, and therefore the police has chosen to reopen the site. We are, however still under 24/7 surveillance from the danish special forces. The following two nights we will be heating up our native Copenhagen, starting two party-fires at private parties - hoping to avoid police interference. Get an invitation or be square! 30.07.07 While the summer is still hesitating to heat up, we're heating up our most bluesy chops to get ready to hit the road in August and September. We are preparing great cocktails of shouting, dancing and plan to bring in a big zest of pure loving. Be sure to check out the concert list for the most recent update on when the tourbus will hit a venue near you! If we didn't include your local joint in our plans, don't cry; remember that you can always plan your own private party. Invite your finest chicks and honks and inform us when and where to show up, and we'll guarantee a party of rythm'n'blues, rock'n'roll and whole lot'a'loving. 22.02.07 New 2007 concerts added. At the moment the band is enjoyng a well deserved vacation, as Jake once again is doing time at Vridsloselittle State Prison. The word on the street says that the inmates are having a great jailhouse party up there. Cell Block #9 is rocking!!! The DVD contains the original movie and highlights from he absolute best Blues Brothers tribute bands around the world. 21.09.05 The show next friday 30/9 in Østerbrohuset, Copenhagen is open to the public.
